Renting a Holiday House...!

Reservation

Once you have decided the dates and the accomadation you wish to book inform us by fax or email.To reserve your holiday with us you will need to send us %35 of the total cost of your holiday, which we must recieve within three working days of making your reservation. You can pay your down payment in a number of ways; either by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.

We will send confirmation of your booking; dates, destination and the name of your chosen accomadation, by either fax or e.mail within twenty four hours of recieving your down payment.

Guest are liable for any damages which occur to the accomadation, its grounds and their contence during their holiday.

You can take posession of your accomadation after 15:00 on the day of your arrival. You will need to vacate the accomadation by 10:00 on the day of your departure. This is to enable the accomadation to be thourougly cleaned between guests. One weeks holiday consists of seven nights and eight days.

Pool and Garden Maintenance

Our maintenance staff will attend to the pool and garden early each morning during your stay. We reserve the right to access the property and grounds in order to maintain them. Our staff will endeavour not to disturb you.

Villa Maintenance

The accomadation is thorougly cleaned and sheets and towels changed between guests or weekly. This service and the use of all the utilities is included in the cost of your holiday. If you require extra cleaning and sheets/towel changes we can provide these at an additional cost of 60-150 TL change by villa.

Animals

Animals and pets are not allowed in the accomadation under any circumstaces.

Guests Resbontibilities

Gueasts are liable for any damages the course to the accomadation, grounds and its contents during their holiday. In the event of any damage occurring you need to inform us immediately. Payment for any damage will be deducted from your deposit.
Please show curtisy and consideration for your neighbours and fellow holiday makers in and around your accomadation. Inappropriate behaviour, excessive noise and disturbances will not be tolerated. Equally while you are out and about , excessive noise, unruly and inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Guns of any kind including tasor or pellet guns, other dangerous weapons and illegal drugs and substances are PROHIBITED. If found in possesion of the above you may be liable to criminal prosecution.

Each accomadation has a maximum occupancy and this will not be exceeded.
Only the number of quests sripulated in the booking including babies and young children are permitted to stay in the accomadation. If you are found to have more than the number of people stipulated in your booking we will charge you for each extra person.

It is the guests responsibility to ensue all the information regarding their preliminary booking is correct before proceeding. The company take no responsibility nor are we liable for any booking mistakes a guest may make.

Canceling the Reservation

If you wish to cancel your reservation please get in touch as soon as possible by fax or e-mail.
If you give us more than sixty days notice you will be required to pay 40% of your down payment cost.
If you give between sixty and thirty one days notice you will be required to pay 60% of your down payment cost.
Less than thirty days notice and you will be required to pay the full amount of your down payment cost.
The down payment is %35 of  your holidays total cost.
